Design of an Optical Transceiver for Free Space Digital Communications

Objective: Development of an wireless optical link connecting two local computer networks; The designed transceivers use VCSEL laser diodes and Si PIN photodiode to communicate in free space, near – infrared (850 nm),with a maximum transmission rate of 155 Mbps in full duplex mode.
